USE AND PRECAUTIONS
Essential oils contain the active ingredients of the plant in a highly concentrated and powerful form. Therefore they need to be treated with care and should never be applied undiluted directly to the skin.

MASSAGE: Helps the absorption of the oils in the skin; dilute the essential oil in a recommended dose of 6 drops per 10 ml. (two tablespoons) of oil base. You can make your own ointment with a beauty or body cream and the chosen essence.
FEET RELAXTION: To relax feet, add 4-5 drops of your favorite oil in a large bowl of lukewarm water and soak your feet for a few minutes.
SHOWER: After a shower, apply 5 to 7 drops to a wet towel Rub vigorously all over the body. Allow to dry, preferably in air.
SAUNA BATH: Add two to four drops of essential oil in 1 cup of water and throw on the coals to evaporate.
JACUZZI OR HOT TUB: relax and feel sensual by adding 10-15 drops of essential oil to your bath.
AEROSOLS: mix ten drops of essential oil in seven tablespoons water. Mix well before filling the container, and spray to disperse in the room.
PILLOW: Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to your pillows.
CLOSETS DEODORANT: Mix two or three different essential oils and pour in a bottle covered with a cork. Place inside the closet or cupboard.
INHALATION: It is a traditional method in using essential oils. Place a couple of drops on a handkerchief and inhale the aroma.
Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel and breath in the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes.
SHELVES OF SHOES: Refresh the closet with essence of lemon. Deodorize shoes with two drops of pine oil.
MOISTURIZER: Add oil to the water in a humidifier or improvise by adding five drops of essential oil to a small bowl of water and boil on a stove.
Or WOODFIRES OR FIREPLACES: One hour before lighting the fire add a few drops of essential oil to wood.
OIL BURNER: Place of 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in the oil burner to fill the air with a soothing or stimulating fragrance.
MEDITATION: Essential oils can achieve: Purifying and preparing the place of meditation. Help with quieting everyday thoughts in the mind. Deepening and smoothing the breathing. Obtaining mental clarity. Balancing the chakras. Bringing into harmony the energies of a group.
Essential oils should not be used on children, during pregnancy, breastfeeding or on the elderly.
CAUTION: Essential oils are for external use only. Do not take internally.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact, immediately rinse the affected part with plenty of water and consult a physician. No diluted essential oils should not be applied directly on the skin, because they might irritate.
You should not sunbathe right after the application of essential oils, since it could trigger photo allergic type skin reactions. This caution is particularly applicable to essences derived from citrus (orange, tangerine and lemon).
For people with allergies, it is advisable to test the oil by applying a drop of diluted essence on the inner surface of the forearm (in front of the wrist) and wait 24 hours. If the site of application shows itching, redness or irritation, use should be avoided.
